To provide installation, commissioning, repair, and preventive maintenance services for medical equipment in healthcare environments. Acts as the primary field contact for technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective case resolution.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties- Provide installation, commissioning, repair, preventive maintenance and field service corrective action (FSCA) implementation services at customer locations independently, and according to established procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults.
- Verify correct parts before delivery to avoid repeat visits. Manage on-site parts replacement, tag defective parts, and maintain accountability for parts usage and returns.
