Job Description
What you'll do
Monitor and maintain network, server, and application health day-to-day.
Provide 24/7 helpdesk support on a rotating weekly roster, one to two weeks per month (with standby and overtime allowance).
Respond on‑site to troubleshoot and resolve IT and AV faults.
Perform routine maintenance – firmware updates, patching, asset tracking.
Liaise with vendors to manage system recoveries and escalations.
What we're looking for- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT Networking, or related field
- Basic knowledge of IT networks, Microsoft OS, and computer hardware
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or AV systems is a bonus – but not required
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to learn
- Good communicator who works well in a team and under pressure
