Monthly Salary
$4,000–$4,500 + $80 Mobile reimbursement
Employment Type- Permanent
- Mon–Fri: 8.45am – 5.30pm
- South (near Labrador MRT station)(Shuttle service from Queenstown MRT)
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and solutions to stakeholders (service technicians, sales team, helpdesk, customers), including diagnosing equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting remotely or on-site
- Support pre‑sales activities with technical and solutions expertise
- Conduct training on products, software, and solutions for sales and service teams
- Provide technical expertise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Visual Solution Products)
