Job Summary
Deliver high-quality after-sales technical support, maintenance, and repair for medical products to maintain device efficiency and optimize clinical workflow. Perform end-to-end software integration and configuration during product setup, resolving IT issues promptly.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for software integration with Eye Care equipment, including network connectivity, data migration, software installation, software troubleshooting, and other software-related support.
