Job Description

  • Having an understanding of the technical aspects of Food Processing Systems.
  • Providing customer satisfaction through technical service, installation, operation, training, and repair of our products and systems.
  • Performing a wide variety of work that ranges from Preventive and Corrective maintenance to optimization and other advanced.
  • Overhauling, improving, and modifying the machine to be in good condition.
  • Checking follows the plan and maintenance work.
  • Providing on-call emergency support when customers need help.
  • Handling specific on-call requirements may vary depending on the customer contract requirement.
  • Maintaining ISO to ensure the system keeps good operation.
