Job role: Service Engineer/ Service Technician (20262)
- Coordinate with local / overseas dealers / customers; in the installation, technical and service requirement (Countries in South East Asia)
- Coordinate with dealers / customers; in issues of product complaint / feedback
- Support onsite / remotely to dealers / customers; in regard to IT related installation, technical and services
- Be responsible for spare parts inventory management
- Be responsible for providing technical training to dealers / customers
- Other duties as assigned in accordance with business demands
- Specialized in Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical / IT or equivalent
- Possess at least a ITE Certification / Diploma in Engineering Discipline
- Good IT and computer knowledge preferred
