Our client is a German high-tech equipment manufacturer specializing in advanced non‑destructive testing (NDT) and acoustic microscopy systems widely used in semiconductor wafer inspection, packaging, and failure‑analysis applications. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our client's Scanning Acoustic Microscopy (SAM) systems at customer sites in Singapore.
Responsibilities- Perform system installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning at customer facilities.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical/software issues.
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support to customers to ensure smooth equipment operation.
