Job Summary
Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical equipment at healthcare facilities, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair biomedical/electrical/electronic equipment at client sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical devices and engineering equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide user training and demonstrations to hospital/clinical staff.
- Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the technical and product management teams for upgrades and technical support.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
