Summary: To assist with managing operations of the service department and supervising service department employees. Responsible for assisting with operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction in the service department.

+ Assists Service Manager as needed
+ Answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
+ Oversees service orders
+ Assists in diagnosing vehicle problems
+ Maintains service porter’s duties and responsibilities
+ Oversees administration of warranty claims
