We are now looking for a self-driven Service Management (ITSM) Consultant to join our Swedish team!
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of implementing IT or Enterprise Service Management solutions, with both technical and process consultancy experience. You will be responsible for delivering and configuring Matrix42 Professional IT and Enterprise Service Management solutions for our Swedish and Scandinavian customers.

- Have a good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and ITIL practices and the use cases they serve.
- Have at least 1–3 years of experience working with software implementation projects, or with the administration/continuous development of Service Management software such as Easit, Nilex, Wendia, Marval, Cherwell, BMC Foot...
