Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing overall team performance; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; resolving customer‑related issues; training the team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill visits at customer sites while maintaining high customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues affecting service.
