Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of IT services and projects to ensure they meet defined SLAs, timelines, and quality standards
  • Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to define, establish, and formalize Operations & Maintenance (O&M) processes
  • Coordinate across technical teams to manage incident resolution and service restoration within agreed SLAs
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
  • Conduct daily stand-ups and regular progress reviews with project and operations teams
  • Oversee change management processes, including review and approval of change requests
  • Support root cause analysis and problem management to prevent recurring issues
  • Coordinate resource allocation and resolve scheduling conflicts across teams
