Job Title: Service Manager - Refrigeration & HVAC Job Type: Full-Time Location: Manor, TX An established commercial refrigeration service company is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead service operations, support a team of field technicians, and serve as a key operational partner to ownership as the company continues to grow. This role is ideal for someone who rose through the ranks as a technician and understands both the technical and operational aspects of refrigeration service. The owner currently fills this role and is seeking a trusted professional to take ownership of day-to-day service operations, allowing him to focus on other areas of the business. The company performs 100% service work, specializing primarily in commercial refrigeration (approximately 80%) with additional HVAC service (20%).
