SERVICE MANAGER — Oxfordshire

As a Service Manager you will be the point of contact for our customer service advisors, and service team. You will be there to guide the customer through the entire process whilst their vehicle is with you.
As a Service Manager you must be professional, customer focused and be able to cope in a fast pace environment under pressure.
You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to relate to your customers by building relationships with them.
