Job Summary
To provide quality professional and profitable after-sales support to the Emerson customer base in Middle East & Africa for all Emerson Pressure Management (PRM) products.
In this Role your responsibilities will be:
- Lead Pressure Management LCS operations across MEA being responsible for Depot Service Field Service Educational Service and the Parts Distribution Centre.
- Responsible for LCS order-to-cash process including sales targets & planning for each category.
- Manage the proforma P&L for the LCS function overseeing financial control of MEA operations including headcount (full-time and contractors) inventory and equipment
- Be a change leader as business evolves and assist with implementation as vital for process improvements driving lean operations and using digitization and automation wherever possible.
