Service Manager – Procurement
We are looking for an energetic, vibrant, and multi‑skilled individual to support procurement functions across Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang, Shangri-La Golden Sands, Penang & Hotel Jen Penang.
Responsibilities
- Acts as coordinator to various divisional staff and ensures an efficient filling system to achieve procurement results.
- Ensures that goods being ordered are delivered on time and in good quality.
- Interacts closely with operating equipment and other F&B suppliers.
- Consolidates food products for better price negotiation and contracts.
