Service Now Developer - CREQ Description Implement IT SNOW ITSM development & Integration plans and processes to meet business requirements for new and revised SNOW ITSM (GSConnect) system and programs. Support project management by preparing progress reports and status of key milestones for SNOW ITSM (GSConnect) development & integration projects. Prepare code or modify SNOW ITSM (GSConnect) components based on design specifications, while adhering to defined programming standards, structured coding techniques and development methodologies. Conduct code reviews, identify potential issues and provide feedback for appropriate revisions. Plan and implement steps to create interfaces between major systems.
