Responsibilities
- Management of the assigned portfolio of applications
- Collaboration with service providers, suppliers, and other consultants in
- Group Digital Technology to design, develop, and implement required solutions in ServiceNow
- Provision of value-based assessments and workshops to facilitate in maximizing business outcomes from ServiceNow software
- Handling of escalations, incidents, problems, and changes related to ServiceNow
- Participation in ServiceNow-based projects
- Contribute towards the design and implementation of complex solutions to meet the organizations Group requirements and Business Entities. Leadership in solutions by providing designs, conducting code reviews, adhering to best practices, and setting solution advice standards
