Job Summary :-
The Service Operations Administrator supports daily service operational activities, including billing, collections, warranty validation, and data processing. This role ensures accurate financial handling of service transactions, timely collections, proper validation of claims, and well-maintained operational records to support smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collection
- Manage collections across all types of payment methods for both In-Home and Carry-in
- Send a daily summary report to Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process refunds and issue credit notes (CN)
- Prepare and send quotations to customers
- Perform monthly data entry in the GFVS system
- Maintain accurate and organized records
Validation & Claims
