Job Description

Your tasks

  • Operate and maintain the HSMaaS offering, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and 100% availability
  • Manage customer onboarding, service delivery, and large-scale migrations across data centers or HSMs with no service disruption
  • Lead the opening of new data center instances globally, including due diligence, procurement, setup, and audits
  • Oversee change control processes, infrastructure upgrades, and continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with security audit requirements by maintaining evidence and enforcing operational procedures
