1. Monitor the provisioning processes of service orders in Postpaid, Prepaid, and BB. Correcting errors and handling any issues found during monitoring so that customers can continue to use and subscribe to/cancel services.
2. Notify the fault of provisioning process affecting our service orders, customer call and data usage (making and receiving calls, use data services). Co-ordinate with helpdesk and technical team to solve and recover system.
3. Review and resolve issues received from Frontline (related service order and provisioning problems)
4. Follow up on unresolved issues with related team, coordinate and notify error to help identify and eliminate the root causes of the problems, as well as develop preventative action.
5. Control/manage customer data privacy which stored in the recycle bin, notebook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
