Job Description
As a Service Relationship Manager , you are responsible for assisting the Wealth Managers by providing administrative and logistical support.
How you will contribute
Client Relationship Management
- Coordinates with branches and different units of the Bank regarding customers’ requests, complaints and transactions (service charges, balance inquiries, checkbook requisition, passbook update, ATM replacement, bank/investments certification, MC/GC/DD/Remittance processing, Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) for bills payment, etc.).
Information / Records Administration
- Prepares the necessary documentation related to account opening, maintenance and investment transactions for
- customers. Ensures completeness and accuracy of such before submission to relevant units of the Bank.
