Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain good working relationships with existing customers
- Serve as primary contact for customers’ inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Develop build‑on repair and modernization sales through networking, bids and tenders
- Develop sales strategy to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability
- Utilize Otis’ sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
- Conduct sales negotiations, close deals and ensure timely payment
- Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues
