The Position: Service Solutions Specialist
Rock Hill, SC (Greater Charlotte, NC Area)
Reporting to the Service Supervisor, the Solutions Specialist will provide sales and service solutions to existing and potential customers. The Service Solutions Specialist will work directly with all customer departments regarding service opportunities as well as identifying key challenges for further partnering prospects. The incumbent will also work with the management and plant personnel to deliver the Eclipse Vision and Entrepreneurial Culture.
