Job Summary
Responsible for the management of Service Spares Sales Order cycle. Provides administrative support to enter, process and deliver Spares Sales Orders. Maintains data standards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Customer and Spares data.
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting customers on all pre-order stages such as part numbers identification, pricing and orders quotation
- Checking booking forms for consistency, changes and delivery requirements
- Raising sales orders using the Company’s system (in Oracle)
- Maintaining the company’s order processing systems
- Liaising with Service and Company entities to ensure the prompt shipment and delivery of Customers orders
- Chasing late deliveries, missing parts or purchase orders changes with Service Procurement
