About the role
Join SM Appliance (Star Appliance Center, Inc.) as a full-time Service Supervisor based at our Kawit Warehouse in Kawit, Cavite. Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations in a retail environment, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of merchandise.
What you'll be doing
- Monitors warehouse productivity and operational efficiency to support smooth daily operations
- Monitors regular and return-to-vendor (RTV) service stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
- Reviews and verifies purchase order (PO) requests for delivery processing and coordination
- Follows up on customer units, deliveries, and return-to-vendor pull-out transactions
- Ensure proper documentation of receiving, transfer, and return transactions
- Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel and service staff
