Job Description
LATAM Service team is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the turbines in Brazil.
Responsabilities:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple wind farms, ensuring optimal performance of turbines and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and workforce deployment.
Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate turbine performance, resource utilization, and safety compliance.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) standards.
Collaborate with the planning team to ensure resource availability and alignment with operational targets.
Maintain open communication with customers, addressing concerns related to turbine performance and service quality.
