Job Description
- Technical support for our customers in Spain
- Testing and repair of our laser scanning systems
- Regular on-site visits for installation, maintenance, and repair of our diagnostic devices in Spain
- Analysis and troubleshooting of errors by phone, email, and remote access
- Assistance for customers in Spain with software and IT-specific issues
- Technical remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, creation of detailed problem reports
- Installation and configuration of our HEYEX software (mostly remote)
- Repair of computers and peripherals
- Repair/restoration of databases
- Documentation of all activities and results in the ticket system
- Proactive and independent support for customers in Spain
- sDegree in medical technology or an equivalent education in electrotechnology (school or university
