This role involves coordinating with contractors, supporting data analytics, and enhancing energy conservation efforts while ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of HVAC refrigeration systems and related equipment. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Coordination and Documentation Coordinate with maintenance contractors to ensure timely service execution. Review and validate maintenance checklists, ensuring all necessary documentation and customer D.O. sign-offs are completed within the required timeline.
