Service Technician (AV System) To support multiple project sites in Singapore and Regional. The ideal candidate willhave strong proficiency in audio visual (AV) system diagnostics and a goodgrasp in unified communications (UC). KeyResponsibilities: Providepost-sale maintenance experience to customers. Plan,schedule and execute preventive maintenance with customers to ensure systemreliability and take ownership in executing corrective actions upon clientapproval. Performremote/onsite diagnostics to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve existing orpotential faults within AV and VC integrated systems Providepost-installation support such as remote/onsite technical assistance, firmwareupdates, and/or configuration changes. Coordinatewith end users, product suppliers and vendors to resolve technical productissues promptly and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). E.g. RMAprocess.
