Responsibilities
- Repair, assembly and troubleshooting of Husky hot runner and controllers
- Provide observations, feedback, measurement data, and recommendations to factory support for next actions toward resolution and warranty determination
- Lead small group training session at customer facilities focused on hot runner and controller maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting
- Review molding process parameters to optimize part quality and overall mold performance
- Complete service reports to document hours, observations, and results
- Support customers remotely via phone and email
- Provide service estimates as well as support the collection of purchase orders from customers for support provided
