Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and calibrate laboratory equipment at client sites
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical and electronic components
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and tools effectively
- Travel to client sites as required
