Job Description
FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN to perform onsite installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial/manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and care.
- Document all service activity, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to report issues and updates.
- Maintain service tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while on customer sites.
Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma of Technical Course related to machinery repair
- Fit to Work
- Able to travel domestically.
