Responsibilities- Perform inspections, measurements, installations, repairs, and overhauls for marine and industrial equipment in Singapore and the region.
- Service mechanical components including couplings, shafts, mounts, brakes, backstops, and fluid couplings.
- Travel regionally at short notice and liaise with customers as well as the head office in Europe.
- Advise customers on appropriate service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and providing specialist technical support.
- Coordinate and execute service projects, including planning, milestone tracking, and regular progress reviews.
- Schedule service jobs and coordinate daily activities of the service team.
- Prepare and submit visit reports and service reports accurately and on time.
