Job Description

- Focus on Customer Support Service / Troubleshooting on Vacuum and Compression system
- Responsible for implementing client requirements, including technical queries and spare part inquiry
- Coordinate the activities among functional departments on standardization of procedures and process to ensure servicing run smoothly.
- Provide general servicing and overhaul of Nash products or package related equipment and discuss machine operation variations with engineers or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem/root causes and determine proper solutions
- Provide technical support and on-site commissioning to existing and new clients effectively as and when required
- Carry out on-site Vacuum audit
- Carry out on-site inspections and tests on Nash engineered products and package related equipment
