Job Description
In a pivotal role within the Specialized European Operations Team, the Service Workshop Senior Supervisor leads the performance of our central service workshop at the European Distribution Centre in ’s-Heerenberg.
The person in this role is accountable for delivering highest quality across all service flows, from rider-direct ship-to-home bike preparation to advanced reworks, warranty returns, and bike preparation for re-sale. In addition, the workshop provides suspension and wheel servicing supporting all European markets, excluding the UK.
Leading a team of technicians, the Supervisor drives consistency, speed, and precision in every bike that leaves the facility, ensuring it meets the expectations of both riders and retailers.
