Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a ServiceNow Administrator. USC only. No 3rd parties or Corp to Corp.
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platforms (Development, UAT & Production), including working with ServiceNow to perform upgrades and patches. Configure/Update core modules such as: Incident ManagementChange ManagementProblem ManagementService Catalog Manage users, roles, groups, and permissions Create and maintain: Workflows/Flow Designer automationsForms, fields and UI policiesBusiness rules and client scripts Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Manage update sets and migrations between instances Manage data integrity (imports, exports, cleanup) Configure/Update notifications, SLA & reporting dashboards Support integrations with other systems, ., SCCM, SolarWinds, SPLUNK. Document configurations and maintain governance standards
