Responsibilities:

  • Administer users, roles, ACLs, and groups.
  • Configure advanced UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
  • Manage workflows / Flow Designer.
  • Support ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  • Perform upgrades, patching, and release testing.
  • Troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
  • Manage MID Server (basic setup and monitoring).
  • Support audits and compliance activities.

    • Required Skills:

  • Strong ServiceNow administration.
  • Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.
  • CMDB fundamentals & CSDM awareness.
  • Service Catalog & Request Fulfillment.
  • REST API basics.
  • ITIL v4.

    • Experience:

  • 3–6 years ServiceNow experience.
