In this role, you will own and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor on the ServiceNow platform. You bring deep platform expertise and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing enterprise customers – driving satisfaction, adoption, and advising on platform maturity, scalability and stability.
- Conduct regular business reviews, roadmap workshops, and health checks to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risk.
- Advise customers on ServiceNow best practices, new module capabilities, and upcoming releases relevant to their business goals.
