Mandatory skill: ServiceNow Integration, ServiceNow Upgrade, Reporting and Dashboard, Service Catalog, CMDB, ITSM Process



Must Have:

  • • Having Experience in implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Asset Management, Change Management and Release Management with extensive knowledge on Content Management System. <...
