Job title: ServiceNow Developer
Office: Makati (Hybrid)
Work days: Mon to Fri (DayShift)
Role: Open for Mid to Sr.Manager role (25 slots)
Required Skills and Experience
• 2 to 10 ++ years of experience in ServiceNow
• Proven experience with at least 1 or more of the following modules: (GRC/CSM/ITSM/ITOM)
• Ability to design and implement workflows, forms, and dashboards in ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional specifications for IRM, TPRM, BCM, and SPM modules.
• Configure and customise ServiceNow applications to meet business needs, leveraging pre-built accelerators where applicable.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
