Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations
- Customize workflows, forms, and business rules to meet business requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and ensure platform stability
- Collaborate with consultants and business users to enhance the ServiceNow experience
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or others)
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
