Job Description
ServiceNow Developer with experience in the following
Artificial Intelligence on the ServiceNow Platform, including capabilities such as:
• Virtual Agent (chatbot design, conversational flows, NLU model training)
• Now Assist (generative AI experiences across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
• Agent Assist (real‑time suggestions and knowledge recommendations)
• Skill‑Based Routing / Agent Skills Management
• Predictive Intelligence (classification, similarity, clustering models)
• AI Search (intent-based enterprise search configuration)
• Process Mining & Automation Discovery (AI‑driven optimization insights)
• Familiarity with GenAI use cases and automation orchestration
