Job Title: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM (Change & Release Management)

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, primarily Change Management and Release Management.
- Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Develop and maintain risk-based approval processes and routing mechanisms.
- Implement Change Lifecycle Automation and Release Management processes.
- Configure Standard, Normal, Emergency, and Major Change workflows.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for operational visibility.
- Create Catalog Items, Record Producers, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Configure notifications, SLAs, approvals, and escalation workflows.
