Role Summary The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions, and collaboration with architects and senior developers to deliver scalable and maintainable implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities Development & Configuration Perform hands-on development using: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, Workflows Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) Develop solutions aligned with OOTB-first and best practice approach Support data loads, transformations, and basic data validation Solution Design & Delivery Translate business requirements into technical designs with guidance from senior team members Participate in design discussions, solution walkthroughs, and sprint planning Contri...
