Overview
ServiceNow Expert/SOX - Remote in Mexico
Responsibilities
- Extract data from ServiceNow using queries.
- Write and design queries in ServiceNow.
- Act as an expert in ServiceNow, including scripting, workflows, integrations, Service Portal, and platform features.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain good knowledge of ITIL or other industry frameworks.
- Prepare and document ITGC and SOX-related processes and controls.
- Understand SOX templates and preparation requirements.
- Differentiate between various SOX processes (e.g., RU, SOD, CM1, CM3, etc.) and prepare appropriate documentation.
- Be a self-starter who can take ownership and drive tasks forward.
