Job Description
Required Experience
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience
- Strong experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Experience in HRSD and ITSM modules
- Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices
- Knowledge of Case Management and Knowledge Management best practices and design
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs and Web Services
- Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience
- PowerShell coding experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing and/or implementing HR Shared Services solutions
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external HR systems such as SuccessFactors
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
