Works cross‑functionally with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand HR processes, employee experience requirements, and organizational goals. Translates business needs into effective Service Now HRSD configurations, workflows, and integrations. Leveraged agile delivery methods to continuously enhance employee self-service, automation, reporting, and compliance while driving business value and operational efficiency.
