Job Description
A major enterprise organization in Chicago is expanding its ServiceNow capability and is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Specialist to join their high‑performing technology team. This role plays a critical part in shaping and maturing the organization's Asset Management function, working across Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and ITIL v4/v5 aligned processes. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize asset lifecycle management, enhance governance, and ensure the organization maximizes value from its technology investments.
