Job Description
Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Hands-on expertise with Discovery components such as MID Servers, Probes, Sensors, Patterns, and Discovery Schedules. Good understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB), CI relationships, and data modeling. Experience in ServiceNow development using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Workflows/Flow Designer. Knowledge of Service Mapping, Event Correlation, Alert Management, and ITOM best practices. Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server-based connectivity. Familiarity with infrastructure discovery protocols such as SNMP, WMI, SSH, and HTTP/HTTPS. Ability to automate operational tasks and support ITOM implementations and enhancements.
